Event Details

The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Professional Executives (Retail Track) administered by Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) and funded by Workforce Singapore (WSG) aims to attract new entrants to the industry and help mid-career professionals be re-skilled with the relevant competencies and hands-on skills to embark on a career in digital retail. It provides support for companies to hire and train career switchers to take on new job roles as Retail Digital Executives, Supervisors or Junior Managers.

Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) is pleased to be the retail training partner for this PCP programme. All approved eligible PCP candidates will undergo a 3-month specialised on-the-job training (OJT) where they will need to attend 8 days of training conducted by SNEF and 4 days of training conducted by SRA.

Join us in this Webinar co-organised by SRA and SNEF on 8 April 2021 (Thursday), from 11.00am to 12.30pm where you can find out more how you can build your dream digital team and send your new hires for training by tapping on PCP funding support.

Our PCP lead facilitator, Dr Lynda Wee is also invited to share with us the overview of New Economy and the New Retailing concepts.

* All applications are subjected to the final approval of WSG and SNEF.
